Florida girl, 14, who hung herself on Facebook Live after being rejected by her 'cruel and abusive mother' was taking Zoloft anti-depressant that increases the risk of suicide in teenagers:
On January 22, Naika Venant hanged herself in bathroom of Miami foster home
Naika, 14, livestreamed the suicide on Facebook
It was later learned that she allegedly suffered abuse at the hands of her mother
In a span of eight years, she bounced around 14 different foster homes
In the 18 months preceding her death, she was prescribed Zoloft
Zoloft is an anti-depressant that cannot legally be prescribed to children
Two years prior to her death this past January, Naika Venant was determined by doctors to be suffering from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.
She was then prescribed a medication for ADHD and Zoloft, an anti-depressant that cannot legally be prescribed to children due to an increased risk of suicide.
Zoloft is among a group of anti-depressants that the federal government requires be labelled with a 'black box' warning – the most severe warning label because of the dangerous side effects for children.
State officials told the Herald that Naika's constant relocation to different foster homes placed her in situations where adult guardians were unable to consistently monitor her for any danger signs while she was on psychiatric medication.
Naika's case echoes that of Gabriel Myers, a seven-year-old boy who also hung himself in 2009 after he was placed into the foster system and had also been prescribed psychiatric medication.

The objective of this site is to promote awareness of the dangers of antidepressants.
At my son’s inquest, the coroner rejected a suicide verdict, but delivered a narrative verdict, citing Citalopram by name as the “possible cause”.
As a consequence I learned of the risk of suicide on antidepressants, particularly in the early weeks of uptake or if the dosage is increased, decreased, withdrawn, or changed for another brand.
I also discovered that, prior to a number of self-inflicted deaths, SSRI antidepressants had been taken along other psychiatric medication, such as anti-psychotics or benzodiazepines.
And what became evident from many of the reports I read was that the person who had died by suicide had not been depressed, but, contrary to NICE guidelines, had been prescribed antidepressants for conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, work-based stress or grief.

ADHD drugs greatly decrease academic performance in children
Children who take mind-altering medications like Ritalin (methylphenidate) and Adderall (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine) for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have been shown in a new peer-reviewed study to perform worse in school than if they weren't taking the substances at all.
Drugs supposedly to help them remain calm and focus in class, actually leaves students at a deficit when it comes to paying attention and learning in a formal academic setting.
The effects of these mind-altering medications is proving to be disastrous, potentially causing long-term brain damage in the process.

Antipsychotic drugs cause shrinkage — atrophy — of the brain in many humans
Antipsychotic drugs, including both older and newer ones, cause shrinkage — atrophy — of the brain in many human brain scan studies and in animal autopsy studies.
The newer atypicals especially cause a well-documented metabolic syndrome including elevated blood sugar, diabetes, increased cholesterol, obesity and hypertension.
They also produce dangerous cardiac arrhythmias and unexplained sudden death, and they significantly reduce longevity.
In addition, they cause all the problems of the older drugs, such as Thorazine and Haldol, including tardive dyskinesia, a largely permanent and sometimes disabling and painful movement disorder caused by brain damage and biochemical disruptions.
Antipsychotic drugs masquerading as sleep aids: Seroquel, Abilify, Zyprexa and others.
Antipsychotic drugs masquerading as antidepressant and bipolar drugs: Seroquel, Abilify, Zyprexa and others.
Antidepressants: SSRIs such as Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Celexa, Lexapro and Viibyrd, as well as Effexor, Pristiq, Wellbutrin, Cymbalta and Vivalan.
Benzodiazepine (benzos) anti-anxiety drugs and sleep aids: Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium, Librium, Tranxene and Serax; Dalmane, Doral, Halcion, ProSom and Restoril used as sleep aids.
Non-benzo sleep aids: Ambien, Intermezzo, Lunesta and Sonata
Stimulants for ADHD: Adderall, Dexedrine and Vyvanse are amphetamines, and Ritalin, Focalin, and Concerta are methylphenidate
Mood stabilizers: Lithium, Lamictal, Equetro and Depakote.

Contrary to News Headlines, Robin Williams Was on Drugs at the Time of His Death—Antidepressant Drugs
By Kelly Patricia O’Meara
November 10, 2014
If news headlines were to be believed about the autopsy findings of beloved actor/comedian Robin Williams, who tragically committed suicide nearly two months ago, no drugs were found in his system at the time of his death, as evidenced by headlines from USA Today, NBC News, the BBC and others proclaiming “no alcohol or drugs” were found.
These headlines couldn’t be more wrong.
The antidepressant found in Robin Williams toxicology test, Mirtazapine Remeron, has 10 drug regulatory agency warnings citing suicidal ideation.
The medical examiner’s report cites an antidepressant drug was in Williams’ system at the time of his death.
The particular antidepressant, Mirtazapine, (also known as
Remeron) carries 10 international drug regulatory warnings on causing suicidal ideation.
According to the autopsy results, not only was Williams under the influence of
antidepressant drugs, but the powerful antipsychotic Seroquel was also found at the scene and appears to have been recently taken by Williams.
While toxicology tests apparently were negative for the antipsychotic Seroquel, the fact remains that a bottle of Seroquel prescribed to Williams on August 4th, just seven days prior to Williams’ suicide, was missing 8 pills.
The Seroquel instructions advise to take one pill per day as needed.
Side effects associated with Seroquel include psychosis, paranoid reactions, delusions, depersonalization and suicide attempt.
The question that has to be asked is why the press continues to promote the idea that no drugs were found in Williams’ system?
At what point did mind-altering psychiatric drugs, which have side effects rivaling those of heroin or crack cocaine, stop being called drugs?
The antidepressant found in Robin Williams toxicology test, Mirtazapine Remeron, has 10 drug regulatory agency warnings citing suicidal ideation.

Seroquel

The human spirit is more powerful than any drug and that is what needs to be nourished: with work, play, friendship, family. These are the things that matter.
And for those in the press who did “mention” the fact that Williams was found to have antidepressants in his system, the acknowledgement seems to promote the fact that “therapeutic concentrations” of prescription psychiatric drugs “improved his condition and kept him active until his death.”
This is a highly misleading take on the events leading to Williams tragic suicide, especially in light of the fact that not only was Williams receiving mental health “treatment,” he was under the supervision of a psychiatrist, was not abusing illegal drugs and had not “fallen off the wagon.”
The facts regarding antidepressant drugs are these:
Food and Drug Administration’s Medwatch Adverse Drug Reports include 470,000 adverse reactions for psychiatric drugs between 2004-2012.
The FDA admits only 1% of side effects are ever reported to them, so the actual number of reported side effects is assuredly much higher.
Mirtazapine (also known as Remeron) carries the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) “Black box” warning for suicidality.
There are ten warnings of suicide associated with Mirtazapine alone and suicide is among the top 2 side effects reported to the FDA on this particular antidepressant
The FDA’s MedWatch drug adverse event reporting system recorded 411 attempted and completed suicides associated with the antidepressant Mirtazapine alone (and the FDA estimates only 1% of side effects are ever reported to them)
90,000 emergency room visits are attributed to psychiatric drugs each year in the U.S.
23,755 suicides are attributed to psychiatric drugs each year in the U.S. alone.
In addition to suicidal ideation, documented side effects of antidepressants by international drug regulatory agencies include hallucinations, delusions, worsening depression, depersonalization, mania, psychosis, self-harm.
Give the above data, one can only wonder why Williams’ psychiatric drug use has effectively been dismissed by reporting organizations.
A careful review of Williams’ psychiatric “non-drug” use paints a very different tragic story.
What was found in Williams’ system were prescription psychiatric drugs with side effects that not only rival illegal street drugs, but also carry the FDA’s “Black box” warnings—the federal agency’s most serious warnings—about increased thoughts of suicide.
The fact is that two of the drugs Williams had been prescribed list suicidal thoughts as possible side effects.
The Seroquel he was prescribed (and appears to have taken in the week prior to his suicide), and the antidepressant that was still in his system at the time of his suicide.
Moreover, considering the FDA’s Medwatch drug adverse event reporting system recorded 411 attempted and completed suicides associated with the antidepressant Mirtazapine alone (and the FDA estimates only 1% of side effects are ever reported to them), it becomes even more bizarre that the world’s press ignore even the possibility that these drugs could be involved in Williams’ suicide.
The much-loved comedian’s death is a great loss, but the tragedy is further compounded by the mainstream press glossing over the serious and well-known association between suicide and the psychiatric drugs Williams was taking.
If only the sentiments from one of Williams’ finest roles in Awakenings had been taken literally in his personal life: “The human spirit is more powerful than any drug and that is what needs to be nourished: with work, play, friendship, family. These are the things that matter.”

Lt. Gen. Mark A. Milley acknowledged that Fort Hood gunman Ivan Lopez was taking psychiatric medication before the shooting, underscoring yet again the clear and consistent connection between mass shooting incidents and SSRI drugs.
“Was he on any sort of medications….SSRI’s, anti-depressants, anything of that nature,” an Infowars reporter asked Milley, to which the General responded, “He was on medications that’s correct.”
In a subsequent
report, officials also admitted that Lopez had been prescribed Ambien, a sleeping pill associated with accidents and aggressive outbursts.
34-year-old Lopez, who shot dead three colleagues and injured 16 others before turning the gun on himself, returned from Iraq suffering from “mental problems,”
according to officials.
The obvious link between psychiatric drugs and violent outbursts is a common theme that crops up in almost every mass shooting incident, yet the media is routinely loathe to make the connection.
After it emerged that Washington Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis “had been treated…. by the Veterans Administration for his mental problems,” the press showed little interest in discovering what drugs Alexis had been taking.
The only medication currently offered by the VA for mental problems are SSRI drugs.
Staff Sgt. Robert Bales was
also taking anti-depressant drugs when he massacred 16 Afghan civilians in 2012.
SSRI medication, which is known to cause violent outbursts, is routinely used to treat PTSD, which goes some way to explain why there are so many stories about both active duty and returning troops carrying out acts of inexplicable violence on a regular basis.
Despite it being reported that prescription drugs were found in the apartment of ‘Batman’ shooter James Holmes days after the Aurora massacre, it took nine months to find out exactly what those drugs were.
Like Columbine killer Eric Harris, Holmes
had been taking Zoloft, another SSRI drug linked with violent outbursts.
As the website
SSRI Stories profusely documents, there are literally hundreds of examples of mass shootings, murders and other violent episodes that have been committed by individuals on psychiatric drugs over the past three decades.
The number of cases is staggering, but the media has completely failed to generate a national conversation about the issue due to its obsession with exploiting mass shootings to demonize the second amendment.
Pharmaceutical giants who produce drugs like Zoloft, Prozac and Paxil spend around
$2.4 billion dollars a year on direct-to-consumer television advertising every year.
By running negative stories about prescription drugs, networks risk losing tens of millions of dollars in ad revenue, which is undoubtedly one of the primary reasons why the connection is habitually downplayed or ignored entirely.

But what about those mass murder suicide pills?

The one area media avoids and politicians won’t touch is whether or not there is a correlation between 'mental health treatment' in the form of medication and the psychosis that leads to these kinds of shootings.

Reports indicate that Alexis had claimed at times that he suffered from PTSD.

Was he being treated for that? What kind of treatment did he receive from the V.A.?

Was he being medicated?

If so, what kind of drug was he taking?

These are questions that have not only not been answered, they aren’t even being asked.

Antipsychotic meds make children three times more likely to develop diabetes, increase suicide rates 20 fold
by: Lance Devon

Two detailed studies shine light on the devastating side effects that antipsychotic medications have on children and adolescents.
One study, recently published in JAMA Psychiatry, reports that children on anti-psychotic medications are three times more likely to develop type 2 diabetes.
The other study delves further into the dark side of the medications, showing suicide rate increases 20 times greater when antipsychotic medication is used as treatment.

Antipsychotic drugs are one of the biggest hoaxes of modern day medicine
Antipsychotic drugs, which have been mass produced in the last decade and prescribed like candy, are looked to as the mood 'cure all.'
What researchers are realizing, though, is that these medicines are actually more like science experiments on the brain, created by chemists and peddled by drug dealing giants who have no clue how each individual's mind may react to the mind altering effects their drugs impose.
Most times, these drugs provide reverse outcomes and devastating side effects.
The blind trust in these brain altering drugs is fooling many into believing in a chemical crutch instead of dealing with life's realities.
Instead of adjusting thought patterns, diet habits and correcting nutritional deficiencies, many run to the doctor looking for a pill to cure their 'anxiety.'
These pills are not dealing with the root of emotional stress and mental instability.
The pills do not let the person properly heal with time.
Rather, they change the chemical structure of the brain in a way that destroys a natural healing process, a person's inner strength and adaptation, their ability to understand gratitude, determination, responsibility and strength.
Children three times more likely to develop diabetes
The diabetes study, conducted by researchers from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN, between 1996 and 2007, focused on children and young adults between ages 6 and 24 who were enrolled in Tennessee's Medicaid program.
During that time, a staggering 28,858 young recipients were put on antipsychotic drugs.
Another 14,429 control patients were prescribed alternative medication.
During the first year follow-up period, 106 incident cases of type-2 diabetes cropped up among all studied participants.
The rate of those placed on anti psychotic drugs was three times higher within the first year.
Also, the average age for drug-induced diabetes occurrence was 16.7 years.
The authors of the study recognized many unknown cases of diabetes even cropping up within 6 months of antipsychotic drug use.
They summarize:
"In this cohort of children and youth who had recently initiated use of an antipsychotic or a control psychotropic drug, antipsychotic users had a risk of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes three-times greater than that for propensity score-matched controls.
The excess risk occurred within the first year of antipsychotic use, increased with cumulative antipsychotic dose, and was present for children 6 to 17 years of age.
The increased risk persisted for up to 1 year following cessation of antipsychotic use, and in one series, the majority of cases occurred within 6 months of drug initiation."
Historic, comprehensive study shows 20 fold increases of suicide in today's drug treated patients
Suicide prevention is one of the main goals of treating mental disorders; however, today's new age antipsychotic drug treatments are making this issue worse.
One of the most comprehensive, historic psychiatry evaluations reveals that patients treated with antipsychotics today are 20 times more likely to commit suicide.
The rates are shocking.
Antipsychotics seem to create much more violent patients.
The study comes from the historic review, "Lifetime Suicide Rates in Treated Schizophrenia: and 1994-1998 Cohorts Compared."
As the largest study ever to address suicide in schizophrenia patients, it reports disturbing facts about anti-psychotic drugs, which would be better termed 'psychotic drugs.'
In the review, the 1875-1924 time frame showed suicide rates much smaller in schizophrenia treated patients.
The records from the asylum in North Wales show suicide rates of 20 for every 100,000 hospital years, equating to less than 0.5% lifetime rate.
In a more modern era patient group, between 1994-1998, the rate of suicide was 135 per 100,000 patient years, or a 4% lifetime rate.
This translates to "a 20-fold increase in suicide rates for patients with schizophrenia in the modern period."
The clinical director of a university hospital in London, Dr. Trevor Turner, writes:
"If their figures are carefully boiled down, they show that in the course of 5 years the historical cohort had 1 suicide in 594 individuals, whereas the present-day cohort had 7 suicides in 133 individuals.
Thus, patients treated with new age antipsychotic drugs have a 20-fold increased risk of suicide compared to those treated without drugs in Victorian times."

Pop quiz: Is the proportion of American children suffering from the disease known as attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder . . .
a) Less than 5%, as we believed before the early 1990s?
b) More than 11%, and rising, as suggested by CDC statistics?
c) Zero?
The correct answer is (c), says neurologist Richard Saul in his forthcoming book, “ADHD Does Not Exist: The Truth About Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder” (HarperWave), which is sure to cause controversy when it comes out in February.
ADHD does not exist - two minutes to jot down a prescription may lead to years of consequences, short-term side effects of stimulants include loss of sleep, increased anxiety, irritability and mood problems.

Over the long term, use of ADHD drugs can lead to unhealthy weight loss, poor concentration and memory, even reduced life expectancy or self-destructive behaviors not excluding suicide.

Wiki
After a long career treating patients complaining of such problems as short attention spans and an inability to focus, Saul is convinced that ADHD is a collection of symptoms, not a disease, and shouldn’t be listed in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.
Treating ADHD as a disease is a huge mistake, according to Saul.   Imagine walking into a doctor’s office with severe abdominal pains and simply being prescribed painkillers.   Then you walk away, pain-free.   Later you die of appendicitis.
Patients show up at the clinic with their own ADHD diagnoses these days, simply because ADHD is in the air all around us — and because they want to score some delightful drugs like Adderall or Ritalin, or because their parents want an easy way to get them to sit down and shut up.
Adderall and Ritalin are stimulants, though, and the more you take them the more you develop a tolerance for them, which can lead to a dangerous addiction spiral.
The term attention deficit disorder was made official in 1980, when it appeared in that year’s edition of the DSM (the label changed to ADHD seven years later).   Subsequent editions have steadily loosened the definition, and diagnoses have skyrocketed accordingly — from 7.8% in 2003 to 9.5% in 2007 to 11% in 2011.   That’s one in nine children, two-thirds of them boys, who are being slapped with the ADHD label.   Two-thirds of these children have been prescribed a stimulant.
“ADHD makes a great excuse,” Saul notes.
“The diagnosis can be an easy-to-reach-for crutch.   Moreover, there’s an attractive element to an ADHD diagnosis, especially in adults — it can be exciting to think of oneself as involved in many things at once, rather than stuck in a boring rut.”
In private practice, Saul found himself wondering, what other problems do these patients have besides being easily distracted? One girl he treated, it turned out, was being disruptive in class because she couldn’t see the blackboard.   Correct diagnois: myopia.   She needed glasses, not drugs.
A 36-year-old man who complained about his addiction to online games and guessed he had ADHD, it turned out, was drinking too much coffee and sleeping only four to five hours a night.   Correct diagnosis: sleep deprivation.   He needed blackout shades, a white-noise machine and a program that shut all his devices off at midnight.
A young man who asked, “Can’t you just ask me a few questions and write me a prescription?” simply left the office when Saul started probing too deeply into whatever was ailing him.
One by one, nearly all of Saul’s patients turned out to have some disease other than ADHD, such as Tourette’s, OCD, fragile X syndrome (a genetic mutation linked to mental retardation), autism, fetal alcohol syndrome, learning disabilities or such familiar conditions as substance abuse, poor hearing or even giftedness.   A boy who was disruptive and inattentive in math class (but no other) was, simply, bored by the material and needed to be advanced a grade to regain his concentration.
In a few cases, there was simply no diagnosis.   One adult who thought she had ADHD and had been prescribed stimulants by another doctor got a different take from Saul.   He advised her to instead return to her habit of exercising regularly and cut back on work hours.
“I now realize it wasn’t ADHD,” she told him later, pleased with the progress she made as a result.   “It was just life.”
The explosion in ADHD diagnoses and related prescriptions of stimulants is not without substantial costs.   Potentially addictive drugs are not to be given out like Skittles.
“I know of far too many colleagues,” Saul writes, “who are willing to write a prescription for a stimulant with only a cursory examination of the patient, such as the ‘two-minute checklist,’ for ADHD.”
Two minutes to jot down a prescription may lead to years of consequences: short-term side effects of stimulants include loss of sleep, increased anxiety, irritability and mood problems.   Over the long term, use of these drugs can lead to unhealthy weight loss, poor concentration and memory, even reduced life expectancy or self-destructive behaviors not excluding suicide.

Long-Term Treatment With Antidepressant Drugs Can Worsen the Course of Depression
Dr Gary Kohls - avoid prescription drugs.

Gary G. Kohls, MD
April 5th, 2012
Very unfavorable long-term outcomes often occur in patients with major depression treated by pharmacologic means, including:
Paradoxical (depression-inducing) effects of antidepressant drugs in some patients with mood and anxiety disturbances.
Antidepressant-induced switching and cycle acceleration in bipolar disorder.
Development of tolerance to the effects of antidepressants during long-term treatment.
Onset of resistance upon re-challenge with the same antidepressant drug.
Withdrawal syndromes following discontinuation.
Major depression has been ranked as the fourth most disabling medical disorder by disability-adjusted life-years, a measure of burden.
By 2010 major depression is predicted to be ranked second unless meaningful improvements occur in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
The poor outcome among depression patients may reflect the inadequate treatment that patients tend to receive in general practice, in terms of dose or length of treatment, their poor compliance and the complications of medical co-morbidity, including drug-induced worsening.
Antidepressant drugs may be depressogenic in some cases, similar to the reality that early treatment of Parkinson’s disease with levodopa may worsen its progression, or inhaled bronchodilators may worsen the long-term course of asthma.
Long-term use of antidepressant drugs may increase biochemical vulnerability to depression and worsen the long-term outcome and symptomatic expression of the illness, decreasing both the likelihood of subsequent response to pharmacologic treatment and the duration of symptom-free periods.
The findings of this article call for a more cautious attitude among clinicians in prescribing antidepressant drugs, because these drugs may worsen the course of depression.
Whether one treats a depressed patient for 3 months or 3 years, it does not matter when one stops the drugs.
A statistical trend suggested that the longer the drug treatment, the higher the likelihood of relapse.
Systematic treatment with tricyclic antidepressants has proved to be associated with an increase in the total number of recurrences.
In a recently randomized, double-blind crossover study comparing the effects of Remeron and Zoloft in 20 healthy, non-depressed volunteers, 2 subjects reported becoming depressed and 2 others reported becoming suicidal, a dramatic incidence of 20% serious depression, obviously caused by the drugs.
Another trial for panic disorder comparing an antidepressant, (imipramine) cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or a combination of the two modalities resulted in much higher 6 month response rates with the CBT plus placebo (41%) than CBT plus drug (26%).
The occurrence of mania in depressed patients upon treatment with antidepressant drugs is a relatively old clinical observation, even with the use of “mood stabilizers.”
Antidepressants may double the incidence of a switch into mania (50% in some cases) compared with placebo (25% of cases).
Antidepressant-induced mania is not simply a temporary and reversible phenomenon, but a complex biochemical mechanism of illness deterioration.
The return of depressive symptoms during maintenance antidepressant treatment was found to occur in 9% to 57% of patients in published trials.
Possibilities include pharmacologic tolerance, loss of placebo effect, increase in disease severity, change in disease pathogenesis, accumulation of a detrimental metabolite, unrecognized drug-induced mania and prophylactic inefficacy.
Discontinuation of antidepressant drugs may trigger hypomania or mania despite adequate concomitant mood-stabilizing treatment.
Mood elevation may also occur by decreasing the antidepressant dose.
Processes that change the number or properties of drug-sensitive receptor populations, have very limited explanatory power in terms of the clinical phenomena previously described.
A therapeutic action of antidepressant drugs (e.g., “down-regulation” {a pharmaceutical industry euphemism for decreased sensitivity or actual disappearance of synaptic organelles or neurotransmitters - Ed} of postsynaptic 5-HT2 receptors) may, under certain conditions, trigger changes in post-receptor signal transduction, in intraneuronal signaling pathways, or in neuronal architecture that are likely to affect the balance of serotonin receptors.
Impairment in neurogenesis may be the key pathophysiologic event in depression.
Antidepressant drugs may yield changes in connections or sensitivity to neurotransmitters indirectly related to the specific actions.
Both sensitization to stressors and episode sensitization may occur in mood disorders and become encoded at the level of gene expression.
Stressors and the biochemical concomitants of the episode can themselves induce the proto-oncogene c-fos and related trancription factors, which then affect the expression of neurotransmitters, receptors, and neuropeptides that alter responsiveness in a long-lasting way.
The use of antidepressant drugs is so prevalent that it is difficult to recruit clinical populations who have never been exposed to them!
CBT appears to reduce the risk of depressive relapse and may have a more durable effect than pharmacotherapy alone.
Researchers thus should demonstrate that the combination of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy is inferior in terms of relapse prevention to psychotherapy alone.
Patients with past antidepressant treatment had more episodes of depression and a longer duration of illness.
We strongly suspect that many patients who are simply unhappy receive these drugs, with predictable consequences in terms of morbidity from side effects, mortality from overdose, economic waste, and irrational, unproductive clinical management.
A treatment that is helpful on average may be harmful for some patients, as shown by a re-analysis of the Beta-Blocker Heart Attack Trial.
Certainly, researchers working along these lines are likely to encounter tremendous difficulties in disclosing their results in journals and symposia or in getting their studies started and funded, in view of the current ideological and pharmaceutically driven climate.
We should be aware that we are stretching the original indications (major depressive episodes) of drugs of modest efficacy to include prevention of relapse, anxiety disorders and demoralization. Antidepressant drugs may speed improvement and change the boundary between “responders” and “non-responders.”
However, when we prolong treatment to more than 6 to 9 months, we may recruit different phenomena, such as tolerance, episode acceleration, and paradoxical effects (not to mention prescription drug addictions! - Ed).
Preventive Psychiatry E-Newsletter # 56
Excerpts and Paraphrasing (by Gary G. Kohls, MD) from an article by Giovanni A. Fava, MD, in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry 64:2, February 2003 page 123ff
The mission of the Preventive Psychiatry E-Newsletter (PPEN) is to disseminate important information relating to issues of mental wellness, especially that which pertains to the many root causes of mental ill health (and therefore reveals potential strategies that can lead to the prevention of what are commonly mis-labeled "mental illnesses").
The information in PPENs is usually not readily available in the mainstream psychiatric and medical industry's professional journals.
Most of the items passed on are derived from other sources, which PPEN believes to be accurate, but cannot guarantee.
The editor of the PPEN (Gary G. Kohls, MD, Duluth, MN) does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
PPEN strives to provide references so that the reader can independently evaluate the validity of the information.

Robert Holmes, the shooting suspect's father, is a senior lead scientist with FICO, the American credit score company.
He was scheduled to testify in the next few weeks before a US Senate panel that is investigating the largest bank fraud scandal in world history.
Robert Holmes not only uncovered the true intent of the massive LIBOR banking fraud, but his 'predictive algorithm model' also traced the trillions of hidden dollars to the exact bank accounts of the elite classes who stole the money.
Uncovering the depth of government and corporate corruption which could include members of Congress, Wall Street, Federal Reserve and EU executives and could even include US Presidential candidates and the British Royal family.

TIMELINE
May 21, 2012 — Two months before the massacre, James Holmes is befriended by Black Op Hitman #1 who drugs him with scopolomine for the first time.
The hitman moves in with Holmes and stays undercover for 8 weeks.
The hitman maintains Holmes in a drugged state and accesses his email and bank accounts.
Hitman #1 buys a Glock pistol using James Holmes identification.
Less than a week later, he upgrades to a shotgun.
The following week, he buys an AR-15 rifle.
Hitman #1 also purchases explosive materials and equipment to rig Holmes entire apartment with a complex series of booby traps.
June 7th, 2012 — James Holmes shows up on campus for an oral exam in a drugged fog and fails.
Using James Holmes email, Hitman #1 orders guns, rounds of amunition, magazine holders, combat vest, knife, mask, with expedited shipping costs through FEDEX and USPS.
ABC News circulated a false report about an incriminating statement made by James Holmes' mother.
Arlene Holmes. ABC reported that when they phoned Arlene Holmes and asked her about her son being a suspect in the shooting, she answered "You've got the right guy".
His mother has denied making that statement.
James Holmes has no memory whatsoever of the massacre or of the past two months of his life.
That's why he is asking, ‘Why am I here?’
He really doesn't remember.
From Kewe
Good try about the scopolomine but they have much more sophisticated mind weaponry than that!
No need to move in, James Holmes can be programmed to do anything they wish.
This is a planned operation, well thought out.
James Holmes is only one of thousands of available operatives who like lone gunmen Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirham Sirham, James Earl Ray, do not know what is happening to them.
For James Holmes, it was his luck that he fit this latest plot line.
That his life was tied through his father to forces he never knew existed.
For the rest of the James Holm's shooting story, or at least next part, clues can be found here:
From Rene — the report of the carjacking came 31 minutes after the initial police dispatch shooting report.
Here is a cut-n-paste from the Denver Post:
Aurora police and fire department scanner traffic has been archived from the response to an Aurora movie theater shootings.
The first recording begins at 12:11 A.M. on July 20, 2012.
The initial mention of the shootings comes 28 minutes into the recording, around 12:39 A.M.
If you listen to this dispatch audio and fast forward to 28:12 and listen to 28:26, you will hear the dispatcher give the address (1690 S Moline St) but there is no carjacking report just prior... go back and try to find it...it is missing from all versions, except Nighthawks.

Excerpts from The Storm Is Coming by Clyde Lewis, July 26, 2012
GroundZeroMedia.org/the-storm-is-coming
As I was watching the Dark Knight Rises I never really applied any political substance to it.  I only saw it as a bit of predictive programming and a believable scenario as to how it all begins.
It begins in a software company where programmers design statistical software that can track and monitor the spending of some of the richest people in the world.
The software is being used by an unnamed agency that has been paid to expose the corruption of a beloved politician that everyone can agree is a savior or messianic figure.
The threat goes out that there will be an exposing of fraudulent practices, which include identity theft, credit card fraud, securities fraud and a number of other practices that the elite do in order to bilk the poor for their money.
Excerpts from Kerry Cassidy blog, August 2, 2012
ProjectCamelotPortal.com
With regard to the Batman movie scenario I also think it is significant and not outlined in the analysis that the Dark Knight ends up working for the government.
These are portrayed as the good guys in order to stop what I took to be a free energy device that was reconfigured into a 'fusion reactor' aka neutron bomb according to the movie.
The enemy in other words becomes 'free energy devices' which according to the subliminal message can be turned into dangerous weapons.
A position that the Illuminati take to redirect the public away from the exploration into zero-point or what is commonly known as 'free energy.'
The Promis Software story has not reached the mainstream and is key to understanding the DEVELOPMENT OF AI and tracing not only banking transactions but for use in targeting and profiling and a myriad of other capabilities.
Whereas the software that the shooter's father was working on 'detects financial fraud' it may be considered a potential and very serious threat to the Promis system and quite possibly be able to detail and show involvement of the perpetrators in the LIBOR and other banking frauds going on right now.
In other words, the warning is certainly clear to his father Robert Holmes and likely the entire firm called FICO, Fair Issac Corporation.
